Ultineo Studio terms of use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Legal notice
Ultineo Studio is operated by EGOLEAP INTERNATIONAL LTD., company number 2289501, with its registered office at RM 05 2/F KINOX CENTER, 9 HUNG TO ROAD, KWUN TONG, KOWLOON, HONG KONG. The publication director is Tonny Tan, Managing Director.
Ultineo Studio is the Vibe coding line of Ultineo. It is presented in the Vibe coding section of the Ultineo website, ultineo.com, and its project workspace is studio.ultineo.com. The Ultineo Studio documentation is linked from the workspace. These terms apply to Ultineo Studio only: the Ultineo e-commerce service has its own Terms of use. The website uses OVHcloud infrastructure. Provider and hosting information is available in the Legal notice. Contact: contact@owoxo.ai.
2. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern access to the Ultineo Studio pages of the Ultineo website, its documentation and its project workspace. Ultineo Studio is designed for organizations and the people authorized to work on their business applications. A person acting for an organization must have authority to use the service and confirm commitments on its behalf.
Read these terms before opening an account or using the account-based service. If you do not accept them, do not use that service. A project offer, order or separately agreed written contract defines the purchased scope, price and specific service commitments. Where it expressly addresses the same subject, that agreement takes precedence over these general terms, subject to mandatory law. A public product description does not replace the conditions of your confirmed order.
3. The service and your project
Ultineo Studio helps you describe, build and operate a business application. Studio brings together the project brief, business areas, specifications, roadmaps, change requests, clarifications, tasks and published versions. Website, documentation, infrastructure, domains and optional connections depend on the scope and readiness of the project.
Provide a clear brief and the information, content and permissions needed for the requested work. Review questions and the resulting application. Recording a change request, accepting a clarification or displaying a task does not mean a change is finished, tested or deployed. Adding a connector or describing an API does not establish that the integration or endpoint is operational.
Ultineo Studio uses AI-assisted work. Generated text, code and proposed changes can contain errors or unsuitable assumptions. Check the result against your business requirements, security needs and applicable obligations before relying on it. Do not treat an AI response as professional advice or an assurance of legal compliance. Token counters measure recorded activity; they do not establish a delivery date or the acceptance of a finished feature.
4. Accounts and access
An account is required for the project workspace. Account creation may be publicly available or arranged by the Ultineo Studio team, depending on the service configuration. Provide accurate contact and company information and keep it current. Use only the accounts, projects and environments you are authorized to access.
Protect your password and other access credentials, do not share a personal login, and notify us promptly if you suspect loss, misuse or unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for the permissions it grants and the instructions its authorized users issue. Review access when a person's role changes. Report a compromised account to contact@owoxo.ai without sending your password or private keys.
5. Access, environments and availability
You need a suitable device, internet connection and up-to-date browser. Your own connectivity and third-party service costs remain your responsibility.
Development, staging and production have different purposes. Development receives work in progress; staging is used to check a version; production serves the released application. Test the relevant workflows and confirm the version actually running before using a change for live operations. Test environments can be stopped or resumed according to their configuration. Their availability does not imply continuous production availability.
We work to keep the service functioning, but maintenance, security incidents, network faults and provider outages can affect access. Any agreed availability, backup, recovery or support commitment is set out in the applicable project agreement. This page does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular response time. Report an incident with the project, environment, affected page and time, without exposing confidential data.
6. Subscription, usage and payment
The applicable offer and confirmation recap identify the setup charge, recurring subscription, included business areas, extensions and any other purchased options. Hosting is presented separately and can include production subscriptions and running periods for test environments. Review the billing period, amount, currency and applicable taxes shown before confirming a paid operation.
A recorded AI token count, elapsed server time and an invoice represent different things. Use the relevant project offer, hosting detail and invoice to understand the amounts due. Additional scope and paid options are subject to their own confirmation conditions. A contact request or an unconfirmed change description does not itself establish a paid order.
Payment methods, due dates, renewal, cancellation and any refund arrangements follow the conditions disclosed for the purchased service and mandatory law. Contact us if a billing item is unclear or disputed. These general terms do not introduce a blanket no-refund rule, a new cancellation penalty or an undisclosed minimum commitment.
7. Acceptable use and supplied content
Use Ultineo Studio lawfully and within the agreed project scope. In particular, do not:
- Access another person's account, project or data without authorization, bypass access controls, or probe systems without permission.
- Disrupt availability, introduce malware, send spam, or use the service for fraud or other unlawful activity.
- Upload or request publication of content that infringes another person's rights or that you are not authorized to process.
- Disclose passwords, private keys or unnecessary sensitive personal data in a public page, prompt, screenshot or support message.
You are responsible for having the rights and lawful grounds needed for the data, media, documents and instructions you provide. Tell us about special confidentiality, regulatory or security requirements before asking us to process the relevant material. An emergency restriction may be necessary to protect the service, users or data; suspension is addressed in section 12.
8. Intellectual property
The Ultineo Studio brand, site content and service software are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to EGOLEAP INTERNATIONAL LTD. or their respective licensors. Your access permits use of the service for its intended purpose, within your agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the Ultineo Studio platform or authorize copying or resale of it.
You retain your rights in the content and materials you supply. You authorize their processing to the extent needed to perform your instructions and provide the agreed service. Rights to project deliverables, source-code handover and permitted reuse are governed by the applicable project agreement and relevant third-party or open-source licenses. Do not assume that an AI-generated output is exclusive or free of third-party rights; check the intended use before publication.
9. Responsibilities and limitations
EGOLEAP remains responsible for performing its contractual obligations and the duties imposed by applicable law. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your instructions, the permissions you grant, and your use of the application. Review generated work and coordinate live changes with the people who operate your business.
Report defects so that they can be assessed in context. A third-party outage, unsuitable input or unauthorized modification can affect a project, but does not automatically exclude all responsibility. Any limitation of liability must follow the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes a mandatory warranty or remedy.
10. Personal data and cookies
The Privacy policy explains the information processed through the public site and Studio, its purposes, recipients, retention criteria and your rights. The Cookie policy describes the cookies actually used and how to change your preferences.
Where your project processes personal data on your organization's behalf, the applicable roles, instructions and any required data-processing terms must be established for that project. Your obligations towards your own users remain distinct from the Ultineo Studio website's privacy information.
11. Third-party services and links
Hosting, domain, payment, AI and connected services can involve external providers. A connection may require your own provider account, authorization, configuration and subscription. Review the provider's terms, permissions and charges before enabling it. A link to an external website does not make its content or availability an Ultineo Studio commitment.
12. Duration, suspension and closure
These terms apply while you use the service. To request account closure or the end of a paid service, contact us using the account concerned. Stopping website visits or deleting a browser cookie does not cancel an active project subscription. The end date, notice and any remaining payment obligations follow the applicable order and mandatory law.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, a security threat, an unlawful use or a legal requirement. We will explain the reason and next steps where legally permitted and practicable, and allow correction where appropriate. The measure should be proportionate to its cause.
Before ending a project, arrange any agreed data retrieval, domain or service handover and continuity needs with us. Closure is not a promise of immediate deletion of every record: accounting, security and legal-retention requirements can continue as described in the Privacy policy. Provisions intended to survive termination continue to apply where relevant.
13. Changes to the service and these terms
The date at the top identifies this version. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, security or legal requirements, and will provide appropriate notice of material changes to an ongoing service. A website update does not retroactively rewrite an accepted order. Where consent or another contractual step is required, it must be obtained. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
14. Applicable law and disputes
Any law validly agreed in your specific contract applies subject to mandatory protections. In the absence of an agreed choice, the applicable law and competent courts are determined by the relevant legal rules. The publisher's Hong Kong address does not by itself remove rights that apply in another jurisdiction. If you act as a consumer, any mandatory consumer protections remain available.
Contact us first with the relevant project or invoice and the issue so that we can seek a resolution. This does not limit a right to bring a claim or use an applicable legal remedy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
