See the full current Ultineo usage catalogue. Each operation is billed by its recorded unit, separately from the sales commission. There is no monthly subscription.
Reference unit prices are set in EUR. Equivalents in your displayed currency are indicative, without a marketing markup; invoices use your shop’s currency and the applicable billing-period exchange rates.
Messaging
Emails and SMS use separate meters. The recorded usage unit determines the charge.

Pricing questions, answered
The commission applies to the full amount paid by the customer, including tax and delivery. Payment-provider fees are not subtracted before calculating the Ultineo commission.
A recorded refund creates a proportional commission credit using the original payment’s rate. Before finalization it adjusts the original period; after finalization it is carried into a later billing period. Third-party refund fees follow that provider’s terms.
Billing follows a Monday-to-Sunday week in UTC. The following week allows adjustments, then the period is finalized and invoiced. The payment deadline is the one agreed for your account.
Yes. Our team can agree a discounted commission for your sales volume and activity. Contact us to review your needs: the rate and its effective date are confirmed together. There are no automatic published thresholds.
They are separate from the Ultineo commission. You can use your own supported Stripe, Adyen or PayPal account once its configuration is ready. Your provider applies its own pricing and terms.
Adding supported countries, languages and currencies has no quantity limit or activation surcharge. You still need to prepare delivery, payments and translations; any metered services and external costs remain separate.
